8 Pillars

No account. No app server. Your journal stays on your device.

A private life journal, in one honest sentence a day

8 Pillars turns a spoken or typed check-in into a clear, visual picture of your whole life. Say what happened. On-device intelligence suggests the parts of life it touched; review the connection, save it, and see the wheel update — without an account or sending your journal to an 8 Pillars server.

What 8 Pillars does

Speak or type, once a day

A voice or text check-in is handled on your devices, suggests the parts of life it touched, and lets you review uncertain connections before saving.

A wheel, not a streak

Eight pillars — movement, relationships, work, and more — fill in as you tend to them, so you see the whole shape of your week, not one diagnosis.

On-device understanding

Apple's on-device intelligence helps when it is available, with a private local fallback on other supported devices. No third-party AI service receives your journal.

Nothing to sign in to

There is no 8 Pillars account or app server, and no ads, trackers, or third-party analytics. Your journal stays in local app storage unless you explicitly export or share something.

Start small

Choose three pillars to begin. As you care for them, you earn the chance to open the rest — and nothing you logged earlier is discarded once a pillar unlocks. Goals, habits, people, a weekly recap, and an optional connection to Apple Health round out the picture, all from the same daily check-in.
